TranscenDance™ is a journey through the mind, the body, and the spirit. One way to describe TranscenDance™ is that we take the mindfulness of Yoga off the mat and infuse it with inspiring music and free-form joyful dance/movement.

TranscenDance™ will help you take any mental, emotional or physical stress, tension, stuck energy, and negativity in your life or in your body, and help you release all of that, and infuse every cell in your body, every thought that you are thinking, and all of your energy with the energy of freedom, joy, vitality, abundance, and love.

TranscenDance™ is open to all levels of experience and mobility. Whether you’re completely out of shape or at peak fitness ... whether you’re fully mobile, healing from an injury, or recovering from surgery, if you’re doing class from a bed, or are wheelchair-bound, there is a place for you in this joyous, loving class.
